Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. For subscription customers, batches are prepared fresh according to your delivery schedule.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your region. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.
How is the food kept fresh?
Every order is sealed and insulated using temperature-controlled packaging. Our cold-drying process also ensures long shelf stability without preservatives.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we currently ship across all major regions. Availability may vary slightly based on logistics coverage in remote areas.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address updates can be made up to 48 hours before your order is processed. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns once an order has been delivered.
What if my pet doesn’t like the food?
Every pet is different. If your pet doesn’t adapt well to a recipe, we offer a “Happiness Credit” that can be used toward a different blend.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or compromised, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll evaluate and issue a replacement or credit where applicable.
How do credits work?
Credits are applied directly to your account and can be used on future purchases or subscription renewals. They do not expire.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before production begins. After that, the batch is already in preparation and cannot be canceled.

Every “Human Grade” claim on our platform is supported by audited supply chains and rigorous quality control processes. We partner exclusively with farms and fisheries that meet or exceed industry-leading welfare and sustainability standards.
All proteins are sourced from animals raised without antibiotics or added hormones. Our partners follow ethical farming practices, including pasture-raising and responsible land stewardship.
We maintain full ingredient traceability—from origin to final batch—ensuring that every product meets the standards we would expect for our own families.

4. Subscriptions & Modifications
Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or modified up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled production cycle. This allows us to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Changes requested after this window may not be applied to the current batch, but will be reflected in future deliveries.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. However, your pet’s wellbeing remains our priority.
If your pet does not respond well to a formulation, we offer a “Happiness Credit” that can be applied toward alternative recipes or future orders.
